What we do

In our coaching capacity, we support current and emerging leaders as they explore and deepen their understanding of their own tendencies, biases, motivations and values to be able to embody empathetic, purposeful and inclusive leadership. Coaching is about addressing cura personalis, raising one’s self-awareness to then be able to make informed decisions about how you consciously show up in the world.

Our consulting work addresses organizational culture challenges by supporting individuals and organizations through transformational change. Through coaching, workshops, strategy planning and other approaches, we can advise on internal tactical and strategic changes, identifying and crafting cultural shifts, processing organization re-structures, and navigating new leadership transitions.

What People Are Saying

“Working with Maura as a coach is a privilege. Her approach is helping me think not just what my goals are, but more importantly, how to connect them to my value system, mission and purpose as a human being. Every time I walk into a coaching session with Maura is an opportunity for me to be challenged with powerful questions rather than answers and that makes my coaching process more insightful and meaningful.”

— A.M.

“I feel very fortunate to have Maura as my coach. She has provided me with a supportive and caring space to reflect on all that I am dealing with…I leave every session feeling more grounded and with much more clarity. She keeps me accountable to my goals and helps me see things that I sometimes struggle to see on my own. I can't recommend her enough!”

— M.C.

“Maura says what she is thinking…a rare quality.  It means that honesty and candour can be taken for granted in any interaction, which is hugely powerful and enabling. Maura has the intellectual self-propulsion and personal groundedness to be confident to do this with a light touch, and she uses this style as a supportive stance to help the whole team grow.”
