You've come a long way. And you're not done yet.
Great leaders don't stop exploring.
You know how to manage people. You've navigated complexity, built relationships across cultures, and kept things moving when everything was uncertain. But somewhere between the strategy and the execution — between what you know and how your team is actually performing — there's a gap.
You're not looking for more frameworks. You're looking for clarity on what's actually in the way.
That's where we start.
Leadership development built around exploration, not prescription.
Most coaching hands you someone else's map. This is different.
Working with Maura, you'll develop the self-awareness and strategic clarity to lead in the way that's actually yours, grounded in your values, legible to your team, and effective in the complexity you're actually in. Whether you're managing across borders, navigating organizational change, or figuring out what kind of leader you want to be next, the work starts from the inside out.
The approach is rooted in a simple premise: the problem is rarely what it looks like on the surface. The leaders who get unstuck aren't the ones who found the right technique; they're the ones who got honest about what was holding them back.
Meet your Coach, Maura
I know what it feels like to lead across difference - across countries, cultures, and expectations that don't quite translate.
I've worked in seven countries, from HR in the Middle East to management consulting in London to organizational culture work in Washington D.C. I've been in rooms where the stakes were high, the people were brilliant, and the team still wasn't quite a team. I know what that costs in results, in trust, in the quiet toll it takes on the person holding it all together.
That experience is why I became a coach, and why my work has always been international in its reach and its lens. I bring an anthropologist's curiosity and an MBA's pragmatism to every engagement. My clients are leaders at IBM, Expedia, GlobalGiving, USAID, Bain, and organizations across four continents. What they have in common isn't their industry. It's that they're ready to go deeper than they've been asked to go before.
